Visa applications can be lodged up to 6 months in advance of your scheduled departure date.
Processing time varies accordingly to your visa application type; the Consulate General of Russia have the rights to review your visa processing for up to 20 working days. In most cases it will take the ordinary 12 working days to be processed, Or 6 working days for express processing when available.
Upon your request Consular Consultancy will assist you with obtaining the visa support invitation voucher and recommendation on travel policy for travel to Russia (provider fees apply).

Fees and Charges.
At Consular consultancy visa application lodgement fees are fixed tariff of $120 including GST. Our fixed service fees for lodging your visa application are not limited to enquires and processing of the required documents.
The consular fee is also known as a visa application fee. A consular fee is the fee the Embassy or Consulate charges for the issuance of a visa. Consular fees vary widely from country to country. The fee is determined by a combination of factors including the nationality of the applicant, type of visa, number of entries, validity, and the processing time requested when submitting a visa application for processing.
The fee payable at the time the application is presented to the Consulate. When applying for a visa with Consular Consultancy we will charge you for the consular fee and then pay it to the Consulate on your behalf when your application is submitted. Consular fees are non refundable.
Lodgement fee's for visa application processing are non refundable unless we have not provided the service.
